Though we both like dogs, over the years, CCL and I have had a number of cats.  Dogs do require walking which is something that neither CCL and I have found time to fit in our schedule.  Cats, while independent, can be affectionate.

Change. Change is something that we all face.  No matter how old, or what gender or race or what is in your pocketbook.  Change is ongoing and constant.  We don’t control Change but we can learn to manage and accept it.

Drawing on energy from prayer helps. So does taking a break. Say no. Ignore the text. Put “transactional” folks on notice. Meditate. Relax

Getting Ready for Christmas

Grace is an interesting cat.  She does not like traditional “pet” toys.  I am still trying to figure out what to get her for Christmas.  In the meantime, I guess I will let her rest under the Christmas tree.  

The Marvelous World of Stan Lee Drawn in the Cat’s Eye

Stan Lee, the master of the comic verse,  passed the other day.   Lee, responsible for the creation of so many superheroes,  Iron Man, Spider-Man, the X-Men,  The Fantastic Four, and The Black Panther was a genius.  No doubt he probably would have gotten a good laugh at the recent Geek Tyrant post of his memorable characters super personas reimagined as cats. R.I.P. Stan Lee.
